This beginner-friendly class introduces students to foundational skills on apparatuses such as silks, slings, lollipops, and lyra hoops. Under the expert instruction of Carissa Doig—former Team USA gold medalist and President of the US Aerial Arts Organization—students will build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning to move gracefully in the air.
